With more than 16 years of experience in halal auditing and over 20 years of leadership and hands-on practice in quality management, supply chain and operations within the Swiss food industry, I know both sides of the table: what the auditor requires and what the manufacturer can actually deliver.
That double perspective shapes how I work. A recommendation that cannot be implemented in the plant is not a solution — it is just another line in the report.

What I stand for
Independence
I advise and audit — I do not certify. That separation is deliberate and protects the credibility of both roles.
Clarity
You receive an honest assessment of your halal status, even when it is inconvenient. A flattering pre-audit helps no one when the certification body arrives four weeks later.
Confidentiality
Recipes, supplier relationships and audit results are treated confidentially. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed in advance on request.
Respect for the subject
For my clients halal is market access; for their consumers it is a matter of faith. Both deserve careful work.
